The meeting was opened by the Treasurer at 12.25 who introduced
Mr Mike Vines. Mr Vines stated he was a Kennel Club member however
he agreed to chair the meeting as a friend of our Society and
its members and not in his Kennel Club capacity.
Election of officers. The treasurer read out the list of nominations
these being:-

The voting envelopes were checked for date of submission and post
marking. They were then opened by Mr Vines and the votes counted.
Each of the nominations received 7 votes for and 1 against. There
were no abstentions. The new officers were duly elected.
The meeting thanked Mr Vines for attending and invited him to
stay for the following meeting. He duly accepted and the meeting
closed at 12.35.
